Hyper culture is an accelerated culture where everything is
exaggerated. Subtlety as we know it cannot exist in a
hyperculture. Subversion deteriorates as soon as it is
recognized. The people who live within a hyperculture are
traveling so fast that communication is distorted. Fragile
things are not welcome in a hyperculture, and recede under
ground. The under ground of a hyperculture is the only
place for things to bloom. New networks and new communication
rides on the existing infrastructure. The subtle slowly
becomes brave enough to allow itself to be seen, as soon as
it discovers it is in inexhaustible supply.
